Michael Flynn, Partner at HeadSpin Software, is a 20-year veteran in implementing and delivery custom software solutions. After an 11-year career at Deloitte, where he was a successful Developer and Product Manager, he decided to follow his entrepreneurial spirit by joining HeadSpin Software. Mr. Flynn is responsible for design, quality, implementation and overall project success at HeadSpin.

Tori Marrama, Founder and Partner at HeadSpin Software, has been helping companies and clients be more productive through smarter application of technology for over 20 years. On the “Software as a Service” front, he developed Agree’nSign, an electronic signature tool for small business to sign contracts. Agree’nSign was a finalist in the MITX Innovation Awards.

Lead Developer & Software Architect
Chris Hanks, an experienced lead developer at HeadSpin Software, is responsible for developing and maintaining our core applications. Chris also ensures supporting documentation, data integrity, and security at the highest industry standards. Chris is an expert in the Authority To Operate (ATO) process and has experience in delivering advanced reporting and business intelligence capabilities to management teams.
